I have only time to acquaint you that I have this minute verbally agreed
for the Ship Huntress of about 160 Tons Burthen Capt. Robson, a New Ship
to proceed from Newbury port to Baltimore in 3 weeks at 13d Sterlg. to Cadiz, 14d to
Seville or Lisbon, 15d to Malaga or Barcelona, 18 to Leghorn & so in proportion
to the other ports, a Barrell of Flour at 5 Bushl., Bread in proportion, to have
30 days to Load in & 20 to discharge, by Mondays post I expect to send you
Copy of the Charter party. I have had the offer of but one Vessell besides
this the price 2d P Bushell higher then I have agreed for & not to be dis-
patch'd sooner, should anything happen to set aside the agreement between
this & mondays post youl then be advis'd thereof, mean time (the post just
going, having been in but one hour) I am Your most huml. Servt.

This serves to advise you I have forwarded your Accott. to my Brother
Mr. John Lloyd of Stamford who will wait on you as soon as he hears of your
arrival to settle the same, having my Power for that purpose. I have the
pleasure of being informd by Mr. P R Livingston, that you write him that
you shall bring Effects with you sufficient to discharge the demands that
are upon you, he also mentions your having recd. my Letter at the Cape
Inclosing Copy of Mr. Purviances Letter, the original of which I now inclose
you & was not forwarded to you in the West Indies fearing it might miscarry
& so prevent your reaping the advantages it may give you under his own hand
against him, shall at all times rejoyce to hear of your prosperity, mean
time I am Your most huml. Servt.
