Sir,-

In connection with your advances for the
season 1923-1924, it has been found that there is a bal-
ance due the Department of $700.00, Advice has been
received from the Department of Finance that all accounts
and advances must be closed out by the 31st March.

Will you, therefore, kindly forward to this
Branch early next week a statement of your expenditure
with a cheque in favour of the Receiver General for the
balance unexpended, so that the account may be closed out
before the 31st instant.
