Dear Sir: -

I enclose copy of trial balance and
statement of expense accounts to February 28th,
and wish to advise that the Bank account is over-
drawn to the extent of $79.89, which has to be
covered immediately.

The monthly expenses of the company
amounting to $325.00 a month, are made up as fol-
lows:-

E. Lorne Knight	$50.00
F. W. Maurer	50.00
A. R. Craford	150.00
Ada Blackjack	50.00
Sundries	25.00
	$325.00

Will you please arrange to have funds forwarded
to cover these expenses for the next few months?

You will notice from the Trial Balance
that there is $200.00 standing to the credit of
Ada Blackjack, which covers four months, and which
we have not yet paid her. This will also have to
be paid out of the moneys received from you.
