PLOVER LAND

Maurer had not seen “Plover Land” when he was on Wrangel
but they took with them to Wrangel a copy of the Geographical
Review containing this article and it was one of their tentative
plans to watch for “Plover Land” from Hadley and McKinlay’s
vantage at Waring Point and perhaps to make a sledge trip in
that direction.
