Dear Miss Maurer:

I have not yet learned what my schedule will
be in Ohio but I am almost certain that I shall have to speak every
night in some city. It will therefore not be possible for me to
deviate from the itinerary as mapped out by the Managers.

In spite of all that I hope we shall be able
to meet somewhere. Possibly I may speak in the city where you are
already, or possibly the city where I do speak will not be too far
away from Canton for you to take a trolley ride over.
