Dear Mrs. Wilcox:-

I have just received your telegram quot-
ing a cable from Mr. Stefansson, and will be very glad
to do as he suggests and see Mr. Brown immediately he
lands in Montreal.

In the meantime, I shall have seen the
Cabinet at Ottawa, so by the end of the week should be
in a position to tell you the result of my interview
both at Ottawa and with Mr. Brown.

I don’t think there is any difficulty
about arranging the cable announcement from Vancouver
to London.
