season Six Thousand ($6,000.00) Dollars in cash, minus
all accrued charter monies plus operating expenses for
voyage, wherever the said schooner "DONALDSON" automatic-
ally becomes the property of said party of the first part.

FURTHERMORE, the said party of the first part may at
any time purchase said schooner "DONALDSON" by making a
payment of Six Thousand ($6,000.00) Dollars minus all
accrued charter monies plus operating expenses.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed
these presents, July 19, 1923.
