Copy of a letter received from Harold Noice
"Room 1213
100 Williams St
New York Vity,
My Dear Mr. Knight.
Your letter of March 13, came yesterday.
I am leaving on a small movingp picture expedition to
South America on the twenty fifth expecting to return
in a few months.
I have left word with my father in law’s office to
have a copy of the Blackjack diary made at once and
forward it to you. I have no more documents that were
found on the island.
Milton Galle's diary was written in a small note
book, it was very brief, and as I recall it did not men-
ion any trouble with the woman. This diary I left with
Mr. Taylor of the Stefansson Company, with letters and
others belongings of the boys. He expressly stated
that all their effects would be returned to their fam-
ilies and I have taken it for granted that Milton's
was now in the possession of his people.
I was amazed to learn that you had not received
any of the photographs left on the island. As I said
before, I have only a few copies of the pictures found
I have neither duplicates or films, but I send you the
enclosed gladly.
Galle's diary was not used in writing the original
articles. I have no copy of it, I am sorry not to able
to help youin the matter, but see no reason why it
should be hard difficult to locate. As I said before,
however, I do not think it will be much value in unravel-
ling the mystery.
Mail addressed to me at New York will be forwarded.
Trusting you will call on me for any help I may give
in this matter, for it is my desire to have it cleared
of all doubt.
I remain yours truly
(Signed)Harold Noice"
