We the undersigned being person of
lawful age, hereby form ourselves into
an Association agreeable to the provisions
of Chapter 147 of the Public Statutes of New
Hampshire by the following

Articles of Agreement

First- The name of this Association shall be
The Hanover Centre Cemetery Associ-
ation

Second The object for which this Association
is established, is to keep in repair the
present Cemetery at Hanover Centre
N.H., and to receive, hold, and ex-
pend any fund that may be re-
cieved by donation, or otherwise for
that purpose, and to provide, hold, and
keep in repair suitable grounds and
other conveniences for the burial of
the dead.
