VERSO:
Voted, that Dr. Richards & the Secretary be
a Committee to prepare a plan, & make
arrangements for the drawing of lots; &
that they call a meeting of the Stockholders
for that purpose, as soon as the arrange-
ments can be conveniently made.
Voted, that the Committee on fence procure
a division of the fence with the owners of
land adjoining.
The meeting was then dissolved.
