Oct. 20. 1845.

The Board of Directors of the Dartmouth
Cemetery Association met at Dr. Haddock's Study
at 7 o'clock P.M. Dr. Haddock in the Chair.

The following Committees were appointed, viz.

On the purchase of the land: C. B. Haddock,
Chairman of the Board of Directors, & J. Emerson Jr.
Treasurer of the Association.

On survey of the ground, & a map; I. Young &
S. Chase.

On Fence, W. Tenny & S. G. Brown.

On obtaining a Grant of Land from the Trustees
of Dartmouth College: D. Blaisdell & A. Morse.

On processing additional supscriptions:
J. Emerson Jr., T. D. Smith & S. Chase.

On Improvement: C. B. Haddock & T. D. Smith.

The Board adjourned till Monday next at 7
o'clock, P.M.
