The Treasurer's and Auditor's reports were both read,
accepted and ordered to be placed on file.

The meeting of the Association was then
adjourned.

The meeting of the Directors of the Dartmouth
Cemetery Association
was held immediately after
the close of the meeting of the Association, recorded
directly above.

All members were present and R. J. Putnam,
President, took the chair.

Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was

VOTED: That the president and treasurer of the Association,
or either of them, be and they hereby are authorized and directed to
convey all of the property of this Association, after payment of
expenses on account of this transfer and any other action authorized at
this meeting, both real and personal, tangible and intangible, to
the Town of Hanover, in the County of Grafton and State of New
Hampshire; and that for this purpose the president and treasurer, or
either of them, be and they hereby are authorized to execute in the
name and in behalf of the Association such deed or other instruments
of transfer and to do all such other acts of things as may be nec-
essary or convenient to effect the purposes of this vote; provided,
however, that any deed of the real estate of the Association shall
provide that the real estate purchased for the purposes of a cemetery
shall remain perpetually dedicated to the burial of the deal.

Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was

VOTED: That upon completion of the various acts and things
authorized by the foregoing vote the president and treasurer of the
Association, or either of them, be and they hereby are authorized to
take such steps as may be necessary or convenient to effect the
dissolution of the Association.

RECTO:

All reports given at the meeting of the Association by
its officers were accepted and placed on file.

By motion of F. P. Lord, properly seconded, it was
voted to adjourn.
