Hanover, N.H. April 29, 1943.

The annual meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery
Association
was held this day at 4 P.M. at the
home of Mr. A. D. Storrs, according to the notice
of this meeting published April 14, 1943.

Present were the directors, R. J. Putnam, A. D. Storrs,
and F. P. Lord, being the only remaining members of this
Association, and the Treasurer, D. C. Rennie.

After the call for this meeting was read it was
voted that the directors for the ensuing year be:

R. J. Putnam
A. D. Storrs
F. P. Lord

Also it was voted that the officers for the ensuing
year shall be

President, R. J. Putnam
Vice-president, A. D. Storrs
Superintendent, A. D. Storrs
Auditor, M. C. Aldrich
Treasurer, D. C. Rennie
Secretary, F. P. Lord

RECTO:

Following the election of officers,
and an motion duly made and seconded, it was

VOTED: That the directors of the Association be and they
hereby are authorized and directed to convey all of the property
of this Association of whatever kind and wherever situate, both
real and personal, tangible and intangible, to the Town of Hanover
in the County of Grafton and the State of New Hampshire, and that for
this purpose they be and they hereby are authorized to authorize
any officer or officers of the Association to execute and deliver
in the name and in behalf of the Association such deed and other
instruments of conveyance and to do all such other acts or things
as may be necessary or convenient to effect the purposes of this
vote; provided, however, that any deed of the real estate of the
Association shall provide that the real estate purchased for the
purposes of a cemetery shall remain perpetually dedicated to the
burial of the dead.

On motion duly made and seconded, it was thereupon

VOTED: That upon payment of the expenses incurred in con-
nection with the transfer authorized by the foregoing vote and the
expenses incurred in carrying this vote into effect, the Association
be dissolved.

It was then moved and seconded and unanimously
Voted:- to authorize the Treasurer to sell one
$500- United States Treasury bond, 1943-1945-3 1/4%,
No. 1933C.

After being duly moved and seconded it was unanimously
Voted:- to authorize the Treasurer to sell or transfer
any bonds or stocks, now in the possession of the
Association.

The Superintendent made a brief report, in which
he said the it had been impossible to carry on satisfactorily
during the past year, under present war conditions, with
difficulty in getting help and adequate funds.
