Hanover, N.H. April 22, 1940

The annual meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery
Association
was held this day, April 22, 1940, at 3 P.M.
in the Dartmouth Savings Bank Building according to the
notice for this meeting, published April 1, 1940.

The call for the meeting was read and the minutes
of last year's meeting were read. The minutes were
accepted.

The Treasurer read his annual report, showing
a deficit of over two-hundred dollars, which he believes
is likely to be the regular procedure in the future
on the present income. The Auditor's report was
then read. It was voted to accept the reports of
the Treasurer and Auditor.

There followed the report of the Superintendent
showing a fairly average year, as compared with the
preceding year, as to cost of maintenance.

The directors for the ensuing year were then
elected, being the same as at present, as follows:
G. D. Frost,
A. D. Storrs
R. J. Putnam
F. J. A. Neef
F. P. Lord

The officers of the past year were then
re elected to serve for the coming year:

Treasurer D. C. Rennie

Auditor M. C. Aldrich
Secretary F. P. Lord

It was then voted to adjourn.

At a special meeting of the Directors of the Dartmouth Cemetery
Association
held on the above date, a quorum being present, it was voted
to accept the Plan of Reorganization of Brown Company dated as of December 1, 1939
and David C. Rennie, Treasurer, is hereby authorized and empowered to sign the
acceptance in behalf of the Corporation.
