Hanover, N. H. April 24, 1939

The annual meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery Association
was held this day at 3 P.M. in the Dartmouth Savings Bank building,
according to the notice of the meeting posted April 5, 1939.

The call for the meeting was read and the minutes of the
preceding meeting were read and accepted.

The Treasurer, D. C. Rennie, presented his annual report and that
of the Auditor, which it was voted to accept.

The Superintendent, A. D. Storrs gave his report as follows:

April 24, 1939.

General upkeep April 20, to September 17th. $608.95
( Includes old bill of $80. and 100.new work).
Cleaning up and cutting logs after the storm 628.67 $1237.62

Received from sale of timber 199.60

Have applied for $40. for cleaning ten acres

Storm damage 429.07 with some work to do.

Received for lots $187.50.

From endowments 300.00.

Lots still avaible
