if this Association to owners of lots not now
endowed for perpetual care, asking for payments
by them, in complete endowments of one hundred
dollars for each lot, towards perpetual care of
their lots.

It was ruled that A. D. Storrs cast one ballot
for the following as directors of this association for
the ensuing year:

Gilman D. Frost
Francis J. A. Neef
Frederic P. Lord
Adna D. Storrs
Robert J. Putnam

It was voted that A. D. Storrs cast one ballot
for the following as officers for the ensuing year:-

President - Gilman D. Frost
Vice-president - Francis J. A. Neef
Treasurer - David C. Rennie
Secretary - Frederic P. Lord
Superintendent - Adna D. Storrs
Auditor - Maurice C. Aldrich

The meeting then adjourned.

The Dartmouth Cemetery Association, having failed to hold its
Annual Meeting for the year 1936, application is made for a legal meetining
as follows: To Charles N. Batchelder, a Justice of the Peace, in and for
the State of New Hampshire, the subscribers, directors of the Dartmouth
Cemetery Association
represent that said corporation has failed to hold
its Annual Meeting for the year 1936. They therefore request you to
call a meeting of said corporation to be held in the Dartmouth Savings
Bank
Building in Hanover, on ______, the 14th day of May at 3:00 o'
clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of acting on the following subjejects
viz: First, to hear the officers reports for the previous year; Second,
to elect officers for the ensuing year; Third, to transact any other
necessary business.

State:- Whereas application has been made to me, Charles N. Batchelder,
a Justice of the Peace, in and for said County and State, as above,
you are required to warn a meeting of said corporation to be held at theth
time and place mentioned in said application by publishing a copy of saidsa
application and warrant fourteen days in the same manner as is provided
for warning the Annual Meeting of said corporation, and make return of
this warrant at said time and place of meeting.
