A special meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery Association was
held at 3 o'clock in the Dartmouth Savings Bank building.
David C. Rennie was elected Secretary pro tem
It was unanimously voted that David C Rennie, Treasurer
be and hereby is authorized and empowered to deposit with the
First National Bank of Boston as depositary $2000.00 Brow Company
First Mortgage 5 1/2% Gold Bonds, Series A, due April 1, 1948 with
October 1, 1935 and subsequent coupons attached, under the
deposit agreement dated January 1, 1936. in behalf of

Resolved, that the Treasurer of the
Dartmouth Cemetery Association, be, and hereby
is, authorized and directed to surrender to
the Old Colony Trust Company,Boston,Mass.,
Certificates of Deposit No.264 of The Parker-
Young Company in the amount of $1000. for payment
and cancellation pursuant to the Order of
Confirmation made February 28, 1936, in the
United States District Court and to instruct
them to send the Treasurer a check for $375.00 in
full payment for said Certificate of Deposit.

The annual meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery Association
was held this day in the office of the Dartmouth Savings
Bank Building at 3 P.M. according to the warrant given
by the Justice of the Peace, President Frost presiding.
The Association, having failed to hold its annual
meeting at the regular date application for a legal
meeting to a justice of the peace by the secretary
as indicated in the chart filed with this report.
The Justice of the Peace, Charles N. Batchelder granted
this application for this meeting to be held May 14,
at 3 P.M. in this building, as indicated on
the sheet filed with this report
the minutes of the last two meetings were
read and accepted.
The Treasurer, D. C. Rennie, presented his annual
report and that of the Auditor which were
accepted and placed on file.
A resolution, here inserted in regard to the
disposal of certain bonds was adopted unanimously
with instructions for carrying them out to the Treasurer
After general discussion of the affairs of the
Association it was voted, on motion of R. J.
Putnam that:
