Hanover, N.H. Apr. 30, 1934.

The annual meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery
Association was held this day at 3 P.M. in the
Dartmouth Savings Bank Building, all members being
present - Gilman D. Frost presiding as president.

The minutes of the last meeting were read and accepted.
David C. Rennie then presented the Treasurer's report,
which was accepted and placed on file, as was also the
Auditor's report.

The Superintendent then gave his report for the past
year which was accepted.

It was voted that the Secretary cast one ballot for
the following men to serve as directors for the coming year:

Gilman D. Frost
Francis J. A. Neef
Frederic P. Lord
Adna D. Storrs
Robert J. Putnam

In the same manner it was voted that the Secretary cast
one ballot for the following as officers:

President - Gilman D. Frost
Vice-pres. - Francis J. A. Neef
Treaurer. David C. Rennie
Secretary Frederic P. Lord
Supt. Adna D. Storrs
Auditor Maurice C. Aldrich

At a special meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery Association,
called by the President at 9:00 A.M. (D.S.T.) at the office of
A. D. Storrs, it was voted: tha

To authorize the treasurer of the Dartmouth Cemetery Association
to send to the Portland National Bank two Delaware Water
Company Fund Mortgage, refunding $500.00 bonds for
extension according to the agreement of the company.

The meeting then adjourned.
