Hanover, N.H. April 27, 1931.
The annual meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery
Association was held this day at 3 P.M. at the
building of the Dartmouth Savings Banks, with all
members present. Following the reading of the call
for this meeting, the secretary read the minutes of
the preceding meeting, which were accepted.
As the regular treasurer, Mr. Claude Morey,
had died since the last meeting, the treasurer's
report was given by Mr. David C. Rennie, who had been
asked to carry on Mr. Morey's treasurership until this time.
The report, on motion of Mr. Neef, was accepted & placed on
file.
Mr. Storrs then presented the report of the Superintendent
showing that there are available still thirteen more lots of
ranging sizes, and that the average upkeep comes within the
amount of our annual income. The report was accepted.
The secretary then cast one ballot for the directors, now
existing, following a motion to this effect by Mr. Storrs, and they
were elected to serve for the ensuing year.
Mr. Putnam moved that the secretary cast one ballot
for the officers listed below to serve for next year.
