Apr. 30, 1928.

The annual meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery
Association was held this day at 3 P.M. in the Dartmouth
Savings Bank Building. Present were all members and
C. Morey, treasurer.

The minutes of the two preceding meetings were read
and accepted.

The Treasurer gave his report and that of
the auditor which were accepted and placed on
file.

The report of the Superintendent was presented
by A. D. Storrs and was accepted.

Mr. Neef cast one ballot for the following men
as directors for the ensuing year:- G. D. Frost, A. D.
Storrs, F. P. Lord, F. J. A. Neef and R. J. Putnam.

The following officers were elected:
G. D. Frost, President.
F. J. A. Neef, Vice-president.
Claude Morey, Treasurer
A. D. Storrs, Superintendent.
F. P. Lord, Secretary.
E. C. Gordon, Auditor

The meeting then adjourned.
