Apr. 19, 1927.

The annual meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery
Association
was held this day at 3 P.M. in the
Dartmouth Savings Bank Building. Present were
G. D. Frost, A. D. Storrs, F. J. A. Neef, C. Morey and
F. P. Lord, N. A. Frost having died since the last
meeting.

The minutes of the last meeting were read and
accepted.

Mr. Morey gave the treasurer's report, and it
was accepted to take effect when the auditor's report can be
appended.

Mr. Storrs presented the Superintendent's report
which was accepted.

Mr. Neef cast one ballot for G. D. Frost, A. D. Storrs,

RECTO:

F. P. Lord, F. J. A. Neef as directors for next year.

R. J. Putnam was elected as the fifth director.

The following officers were elected

Gilman D. Frost, President
Francis J. A. Neef, Vice-president
Claude Morey, Treasurer
A. D. Storrs, Superintendent
F. P. Lord, Secretary
E. C. Gordon, Auditor

Moved by Mr. Neef that a committee of three,
F. P. Lord chairman, A. D. Storrs and R. J. Putnam
be appointed to consider the question of a new site for
the cem an addition to the cemetery or to offer
any plans in relation thereto, and to report at a
meeting to be held not later than Oct. 1, 1927, and it
was so voted.
