Hanover, N.H. May 16, 1924.

A meeting of the directors was held this day
in Mr. Storr's Bookstore. Voted to sell to
Mr. Perley R. Bugbee the north east lot corner fourth
of the Brewster lot, No. 309, for one hundred
dollars ($100.00) and to deposit the same in
the Dartmouth Savings Bank for the benefit
of the Brewster heirs. Mr. Storrs, Mr. Neef and
Dr. Lord present.

The annual meeting of the Dartmouth
Cemetery Association
was held Wednesday, April 15, 1925
at 2:30p.m. at the Dartmouth Savings Bank
Building. Present were N.A. Frost, G.D. Frost, A.D. Storrs,
C. Morey, F.J.A. Neef.

Francis J. A. Neef was elected Secretary pro. tem.

The minutes of the last annual meeting were
read and approved.

The Treasurer presented his annual report,
which was accepted and placed on file.

The Auditors report was read and placed on file.

The Superintendents report was presented and accepted.

Voted: that the secretary cast one ballot for the
same list of officers and directors for the following year.

The following were, therefore, declared elected:
