H. C. Edgerton, Auditor
Mr. Morey was chosen treasurer as Mr. Chase desired not to be reelected.

Voted to adjourn.

The annual meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery
Association
was held Monday, April 14, 1924,
at 2:30 P.M. at the Dartmouth Savings Bank
Building. Present were N. A. Frost, G. D. Frost,
A. D. Storrs, F. J. Neef.

The treasurer presented his report, which was
accepted and placed on file.

It was voted that if any re- investment of
funds is necessary it be left in the hands of the
President and Treasurer.

The Superintendent's report was read and
accepted.

RECTO:

The vacancy in the directorship, caused
by the death of Mr. C. P. Chase, was filled
by the election of Frederic P. Lord as director.
The following directors for the ensuing year were
chosen

Newton A. Frost
Gilman D. Frost
Adna D. Storrs
Francis J. Neef
Frederic P. Lord

The officers for next year were elected as follows:
