The annual meeting of the Dartmouth
Cemetery Association was held Monday,
Apr. 24, 1922, at 3 P.M. at the Dartmouth
Savings Bank Building. There were
present N. A. Frost, C. P. Chase, and
A. D. Storrs.

The minutes of the previous meeting
were read and approved.

The report of the treasurer was read and
accepted.

The report of the superintendent was heard
and accepted.

The following directors for next year
were elected:

Newton A. Frost
Charles P. Chase
Gilman D. Frost
Adna D. Storrs
Francis J. Neef

The officers for next year were chosen
as follows:

Newton A. Frost, President
Gilman D. Frost, Vice president

RECTO:

Charles P. Chase, Treasurer,
Halsey C. Edgerton, Auditor,
Frederic P. Lord, Secretary

Voted to adjourn.

was held Wednesday, Apr. 25, 1923, at 3 P.M. at Mr.
N. A. Frost's office. Present were N. A. Frost, A. D. Storrs
and F. J. Neef.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and
accepted.

In the absence of the treasurer, Mr. N. A. Frost read
the report of the treasurer, which was accepted as
well as the auditor's report.

The superintendent then gave his annual report and
it was accepted.

The following directors for next year were elected:

Charles P. Chase
Gilman D. Frost
Adna D. Storrs
Francis J. Neef.
