The annual meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery Association
was held Monday, Apr. 26 at 2:30 P.M. at the Dartmouth
Savings Bank
Building, with three directors and the Secretary
present.

In the absence of the president Newton A. Frost, the
vice-president, Gilman D. Frost presided over the meeting.
The records of the previous meeting were read and accepted.

The reports of the Superintendent and treasurer were
read and placed on file.

The following directors for the ensuing year were elected:

Newton A. Frost
Gilman D. Frost
Charles P. Chase
Adna D. Storrs
Howard M. Tibbetts

The following officers were chosen:

Newton A. Frost, President
Gilman D. Frost, Vice-president
Charles P. Chase, Treasurer
A. D. Storrs, Superintendent
Fred P. Lord, Secretary
H. C. Edgerton, Auditor

The meeting was then adjourned until May 3, 1920 at
3:05 P.M. in the Dartmouth Savings Bank Building. Adjourned.

The adjourned meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery Association
was held Monday, May 3, at 3:30 P.M. at the Dartmouth
Savings Bank
Building with four directors and the Secretary
present.

Discussion was held in regard to the acquisition
of two lots, but no definite action was taken.

Adjourned.

Hanover, N.H. Oct. 9, 1920

A special meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery
Association
was called by the president for 12 o'clock,
noon, at Mr. Frost's office, to consider a question of
exchange of stock owned by this association. Mr. N. A.
Frost, Mr. C. P. Chase, and Mr. A. D. Storrs were
present.

It was moved by Mr. Storrs, seconded by Mr. Chase, and
unanimously voted, as follows: "Voted to unify and confirm the
action of the treasurer in assigning the three shares of the
stock of the C. and M. R.R., belonging to this association, for
exchange with the same number of shares of the B. & M. R.R.,
preferred stock."

The meeting then adjourned.
