The minutes of the previous meeting were read
and accepted.

The reports of the treasurer and auditor were
read and accepted.

The report of the Superintendent was read and
accepted.

The officers for the ensuing year were elected by
ballot, as follows.

Pres. Newton A. Frost.
Vice Pres Lucian B. Downing.
Sec'y Frederic P. Lord.
Treas. Charles P. Chase
Supt. Adna D. Storrs
Auditor. Halsey C. Edgerton.

The following directors were also elected:-

Gilman D. Frost Charles P. Chase

RECTO:

There followed a discussion concerning a drain
to protect the cemetery road.

The annual meeting of the Directors of the Dartmouth
Cemetery Association
was held on this day in the
office of Mr. Downing, according to notice duly
given, President trust presiding.

After the minutes of the preceding meeting had
been read and accepted, reforts were read by
the treasurer and by the auditor. These were accepted.

The secretary's report was read and accepted.
He reported the addition of two new lots to the
cemetery on the north side and spoke of the need
of a drain in the gully that runs towards West
Wheelock St.
