The annual meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery
Association
was held this day in the office of the
treasurer according to the warrant given by the Justice of
the Peace, President Frost, presiding.
The Dartmouth Cemetery Association having failed to
hold its annual meeting application for a legal
meeting to a justice of the peace as follows:

Hanover, N.H. May 5, 1916.

The Dartmouth Cemetery Association, having failed to
hold its annual meeting for the year 1916, application
is made for a legal meeting as follows: To Perley R.
Bugbee
, a Justice of the Peace of the County of
Grafton, the [stockholders] owners of one twentieth of the
stock and property of the Dartmouth Cemetery Association
represent that said corporation has failed to hold its
annual meeting for the year 1916. They therefore
request you to call a meeting of said corporation
to be held at the office of Charles P. Chase, in
Hanover, on Saturday, the 20th day of May at 5
o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of acting
on the following subjects, vix: 1st, to choose all
necessary officers for the ensuing year; 2nd, to
transact any other necessary business.

To Newton A. Frost of Hanover, in said county
of Grafton:- Whereas application has been made to me
Perley R. Bugbee, a Justice of the Peace for the said
county of Grafton, as above you are
Required to warn a meeting of said corporation
to be held at the time and place mentioned in
said application by publishing a copy of said application
and warrant fourteen days in the same manner
as is provided for warning the annual meeting of
said corporation, and make return of this warrant
at said time and place of meeting.
