The Annual Meeting of the Directors of
the Dartmouth Cemetery was held this
day in the office of the treasurer,
according to notes duly given, Prest. Frost
presiding.

A. D. Storrs was elected secretary Pro. Tem.
The minutes of the last meeting were
read and approved

The Treasurers report was given and
approved and the Auditors report
read.

The Superintendants report was given
and accepted. It was suggested
that some thing be done to make
the tools house and that corner
of the yard more attractive.

The following officers were elected to
the ensuing year
