Copy of the fifth section of the will of
Charles A. Young

5th I bequeath to the Dartmouth Cemetery Associ-
ation
of Hanover New Hampshire the sum of
two hundred and fifty Dollars ($250.00) The same
to be safely invested and the income thereof
to be used, so far as necessary, for keeping in
good condition my lot, numbered on hun-
dred and ninety-four (194), with the monuments
and stones thereon in the Cemetery of the Asso-
ciation, Any portion of the income not needed
in carrying out this purpose may be devoted
to the general uses of the association.

Copy of the Fourth item of the will of
Mrs. Dawn L. Hitchcock

4th "I give and bequeath to the Cemetery Asso-
ciation
of Hanover, New Hampshire, the
sum of five hundred Dollars upon Trust
to keep the same invested and apply
the income thus arising therefrom to the

repair, preservation or renewal of any mon-
ument or tomb, gravestone, railing or other
erection, in the lot where my late husband
is buried in said Cemetery grounds at said
Hanover, and to the care and improvement
of the said lot, and keeping it good and
proper condition".

Hanover N.H. Feb. 8 1911

Received from Henry C. Peabody administrator,
with will annexed, of the estate of
Dawn L. Hitchcock, late of Shelburne N.H.
the sum of five hundred Dollars ($500.) in
full for legacy to the Cemetery Association
of Hanover N.H. under item #4 of the last
will of the said Dawn L. Hitchcock.

And it is hereby agreed by the said
Cemetery association of Hanover, N.H., under
item #4
in case any later will of said
Dawn L. Hitchcock shall be presented and
duly probated, said Association will repay
to said Peabody said legacy with accrued
interest thereon.
