The State of New Hampshire.
Grafton SS:-
To L. B. Downing of Hanover, in said
County of Grafton :- Whereas application
has been made to me, Samuel H. Cobb,
a Justice of the Peace for the said County of
Grafton as above. You are required
to warn a meeting of said Corporation
to be held at the time and place, and for
the purposes mentioned in said appli-
cation, by publishing a copy of said
application and warrant fourteen days
in the same manner as is provided for
warning the annual meeting of said
corporation, and make return of this war-
rant at said time and place of meeting.
Dated the 2nd day of April, A.D. 1880.

I this day posted at the Post Office
in this village and at the store of
Samuel H. Cobb true & attested copies
of the above, which I hereby certify
are true copies of the original appli-
cation and warrant. L. B. Downing.

At the annual meeting held at the
time and place mentioned in foregoing
application and warrant, it was voted
to adjourn to the same place Apr. 27 3 P.M.

The adjourned meeting was presided over by
the Pres. James I. Patterson.

year ensuing.
