Voted that Mr. Cobb see Mr. A. [Yara], &ask
him to help repair fence between his
land & the Cemetery.

Voted that Mr. Cobb see to repairing
fence about Cemetery.

Voted that J. A. [Yara] & C. Marsterson
have their lots for 5. each.
Also to exchange lots with I. B. Allen.

Voted that Pres. look up law in respect
to cutting trees in Cemeteries,
& take such action in the matter
as he may think best.

Voted that that the Directors
see about cutting [pass] in
Cemetery several times per year.

Voted that Directors endeavor to get
Control of whole Cemetery.

Voted to adjourn.

be holden at Precinct Hall, on Monday,
April 8, 1878, at 2 o'clock P.M.

1^st To choose a Moderator to preside
over said meeting.

2^nd To elect officers for the year ensuing.

3. To transact any other business coming
before said meeting.
