IMPORTANT NOTE: This collection features spreadsheets with rows and columns which will need a specific kind of transcription called Table Encoding that uses "pipes".

Use a | to separate text in a row; each | indicates a line of a column:

| Name | Occupation | Age | State |

Hitting Enter will create a new row, and that row's text can then be input using the | as column indicators.

• Empty fields before, in-between, or after text should be indicated with a space between "pipes"
  • | John Doe | Actor | | NH |
• Separate different tables by hitting Enter at least 3 times.
• The first row will default as a Header row. To avoid this, type a space followed by a pipe, then hit Enter and type the first row as you normally would.
• Save and check your work often by viewing it in the Overview tab.
