To remove Ink spots from
Linnin or cotton if recint

Supply strong vinegar, lemon-
juice & salt, by rubbing the spot with
part of a lemon - or oxymumate aid
or common munertie acid elclilat.

Printers Ink or any kind of
Paint may be removed by rubbing
it with oil of turpentine, warmed
by putting the phial in hot water

Items of fruits or wine may
be removed by strong spots of wine
or the oxy-numatie acid &
washing with soap either redily
To apply oxi numie
Take a small tea cup &
put therein a little common
spirits salt say four teaspoonfuls
to this add about half a
teaspoonful of [illegible], set the
cup into a larger one containing
hot water - now moisten the
stain & stretch it over the
vapour that runs - from the cup
till the spot is [illegible] then
wash well with water
