Station upon the following conditions, viz. :

THE MOBILE AND OHIO RAILROAD COMPANY is not to be responsible until the articles are laden on the Cars; nor after the same are unladen at the Station o delivery ; nor for leakage of Liquids. breakage of Glass, (or articles in glass,) Stoves, Castings, Eggs, Machinery, Carriages, Furniture, Musical Instruments; or for damage to perishable or other property, occasioned by delays from storms, accidents, or other causes; or for other incidental dangers of railroad transportation, unless produced by gross negligence of the Company
No liability on any package above $100, except by special agreement, and the additional risk paid for.
At Stations (except Mobile) where the Company has Agents, the goods will be stored 15 days free of charge, and after that time storage will be charged.
No Agent or Officer of the Company is authorized to receive Gold or Silver Coin, Plate, Bullion, Jewelry, Pictures, Bank Bills, or other valuable papers or writings.
This receipt should be returned to the Agent at the point of delivery.
The acceptance of this receipt by the shipper constitutes the agreement for the transportation of the above described goods or property.
