On yesterday I sent you by mail, Petition by members of the bar of this an Prentiss county, pray- the appointment of J. L. Finly Judde [sic] of the 1st Judicial District, if there should be vacancy, and could not see all of the members of the bar at our place. Since sending the petition, I am requested to say that the names of James M. Eckford, F. M. Goar and G. P. Herndon Esqrs may be considered as added to said petition
