We do hereby certify, upon our honor, that D^r. W. W. Lee is a resident citizen of the County of Leake and has been for the last two years, that he is a Sober & reliable man, and one, in our opinion, well qualified to discharge the duties of a dispenser of Spiritu-ous liquors for medical purposes
