when the Boat reached him he

ship. Nesct [next] day he was Bled [bleed] and
Blistered which relieved him
from all Material pain, he is
now Walking about.

We had a grand celebration
on the 4th of July the Stars and
Stripes floated gaylay [gayly] at our Main
top and and from the peek
floated the flags of the City
of Hamburg, and the National
