know how thay [they] are geting [getting] along with
the railraad [railroad] if thay [they] are puting [putting] it through
by steam I gess [guess] how Il [I'll] ride home on
her tell the girls that I am well and
smart as a criket [cricket] if I heare [hear] good news
from you I shall be off like a pot leg as
quick as I am don [done] haying My love to Mother
