My dear uncle:

Fifty years to day thou didst accept the call "Go ye and preach the gospel to every creature" Eternity alone will reveal the result.

What a happy though of half a Century spent in proclaiming the love of Jesus Christ Our Savior, and of the many tenderly led to the foot of the Cross. It's a rich experience that few have been permitted to realize. There have been valleys of humiliation - hills of difficulties to pass through, but out of it all the highest blessing is attained. An now at an advanced age, bright, joyous, yea yoathfully doing the Masters

Wash. may your remaining heard with the sick experienced of the past bring renewed blessings and [????] your labord to the glory of God is the proper of your loving niece
