A beautiful day. Ben
went to Gretna with
tobacco. He staid about
all day. We thought Jim
would come home with
him but he did not.
I hope that there has
not any thing happened
to him. The had has
bin a long one to me.
Mabel and I here by
our selves. She is broke
out with chicken pox.
Did not rest good
last night. I do hope
that she may sleep
tonight. I had a card
from Floyed and a
letter from Alma.
I am always glad
to hear form any of
them. Ben had his
teeth worked on today.
They are giving him trouble
to night.
