A good morning. Rain
this evening and thunder.
Jim and John Ward finished
shucking corn today.
This evening Jim and Ben
helped Norman Booker
put some logs under his
barn. Ben come from Role
Hubbards. We all are glad
that he come home. Lizzie
Bennett and I went to George
Blairs. Had a pleasent day.
Earl Bennett come for
his mother to go with
him home. I come home
early. It rained before
I got home. Edna come
from school sick. She
may be taking the measles.
I do hope she won't be
sick much no matter
what is the matter.
The branch was up so
we could not get water
from the spring.
