Thursday, September 7, 1922

A good day. Ben moved
some tobacco this morning. This
evening Ben carried three
of the children and I to
White Falls. I caught 28
fish. Henry drove the team
to the mill except the hill
leading to the mill at the cork
mill. We had a good time.
The children done fine for
them. Grace & May Brumfield
and two children come while
I was gone. I would of bin
glad to see them. I am glad that
they come to see Josie anyway.
Daisy the col[oured] girl and I went
to washing this morning. Queen
Callans come to wash.
I let her & Daisy wash a [beg?].
