Thursday, March 23, 1922

A clear cool day. Ben &
Jim firmed up the garden
this morning. Ben hauled
wood this evening. Jim split
wood
in the woods. Clay Harvey
come here a bout [day?] this
morning on his way to Lynchburg.
He got some gas from Ben.
His had gave out. Josie ironed
some and got dinner. Mrs
Car had the sick headache.
I put a quilt in the frames
all by my self.
We all quilted on it this evening.
Mollie Reynolds come
and helped us. I was glad
that she come. Christenia
come and went with her
home.
