Tuesday May 17, 1921

A good day. Ben & Jim
fixed tobacco land this
morning and planted tobacco
this evening. Henry and Edna
dropped plants.

Josie and I washed this
morning. We had a big
washing.

Denia Blair come to see
us this evening. I was very
glad that she come.

Mollie invited me to spend
the day with her. I could
not go as we had
commenced to wash.

Heard that Fanny Emerson
is married to Dews Leneir.
I wish the childe well.
