Wednesday, December 8, 1920

Rain last night. Rain
and hail a gain to day.
Ben and Jim shucked
some corn
this morning. This evening
Ben carried Jim and
Nellie and Vinia to
Gretna on their way
home to Chatham.
I went with them
to Gretna. I bought
several little things.
We left them at
Gretna. It rained
and hailed all the
way home but we
made it ok.
Josie had made a
fire when we
got back. She was
going to get supper.
Henry went to school.
He was so colde that he
cried.
