A good day. Jim and
Ben thined corn until
twelve oclock. Jim
went to Chatham
this evening. Ben
carried him to
Gretna. I went
with them. Lees
folks was workin
in their tobacco.
Grace gave me some
cabbage. I am glad
of them. Josie washed.
We come by Kates
from Gretna.
Mrs Owen was there
and Christenia Reynolds.
Charles and a
work man was at work
on the house.
