Friday, August 29, 1919

Cloudy most of the day but no
rain. Ben & Owen moved tobacco
this morning and cut this evening.
Jim staid at the barn. Is
there now.

Josie sewed most all day.
This evening Mag Brumfield
and Doris & Janie and little
Charley
come to see us.
Rees Smith carried his
mother to Strait Stone this
evening.

I got a letter from
Evylin this evening.
I am always glad to hear
from any of the kindsfolks.
