Rain a gain to day. Old as I am
I don't think I ever saw such
a time. Jim & Marvin an Paul Bennett
all started to Chatham this morning.
We have not heard a word from
them yet. Carrie & the children
staid here all day and they are
here tonight. Jack Harvey come
to see us today. He is lookin
well. Heard to day that Mrs Hutcherson
had come home. Hope she may get well.

I had a letter from John to day.

Alma Bennett made me a bonnet
to day.
