A very rainy day. The
branch was out of the
banks. The men plowed in the
corn a little while this morning.
I was here by my self
except Henry in and out.

I got potatoes for dinner.
The calf got in the corn
this evening. Henry and I
got it out & mended the
fence. I wrote a letter to
Effie this evening.
