A good day. The men folks
worked on their corn land on the
branch this evening. Ben carried
Mrs Moris of Altavista to Long Island.
He was two late. Her train had
gone. She went to Mr Bill
Owens
to stay all night.

Josie got dinner. This evening
Kate Harvey & Carrie Smith
come a little while.
While they were here the calves
got in the garden. I was
mad and I am a fraid I
made some of the rest of them
mad. I am very sorry that
I got mad. It is two late
now.

Marvin was sick this
evening. I do hope he is better
by now.

I got a check for
my little calf to day. It
did not amount to much.
I am glad of that if it is little.
